New Year's Resolutions?
Happy New Year! I have some pretty big plans and goals for this year but to be honest, I've never been one to set New Year's resolutions. I firmly believe in goal-setting and S.M.A.R.T. goals but new year goals have always seemed arbitrary and doomed to fail. Yeah, I'm a little pessimistic.
Pessimism aside, I still have some goals that incidentally started on or before today, and one of them is to complete the 30 Days of Yoga program with Yoga With Adriene. The video today is a short intro and the real work starts tomorrow so there's still time to join.
One of my goals is to do yoga everyday so this is the perfect kick off to the year. Yoga is incredibly good for you and helps me in really noticeable ways - particularly with preventing pain in my forearms and increasing flexibility.
